Steak Fajitas Ingredients: 2 Tbsp Olive Oil 1 Pk Soft Tortilla Shells Steak Seasoning: 2 lbs Sirloin Steak 2 Tsp Olive Oil 1 Tsp Cumin 1/2 Tsp Chili Powder 1/2 Tsp Ancho Chili Powder 1/2 Tsp Smoked Paprika 1/4 Tsp Cayenne Pepper 3 Tsp Minced Garlic Fajitas: 1 Large Onion Sliced 1 Red Bell Pepper Sliced 1 Green Bell Pepper Sliced 1 Yellow Bell Pepper Sliced Salt Pepper Toppings: Shredded Lettuce Tomatoes Diced Sour Cream Rice or Beans Guacamole 1. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add 1 tbsp olive oil. 2. Combine all steak seasonings in a gallon baggie. Slice Steaks into thin-ish strips and place them in the baggie. Shake to combine. Ensure that all steak bits are coated evenly. 3. Add steak bits to a hot skillet and cook until desired doneness (about 5 minutes for medium rare).
