Blackstone Bourbon Chicken Prep Time: 15 Minutes Cooking Time: 25-30 Minutes Total Time: 40-45 Minutes Servings: Ingredients: * 2.5-3 lbs. Boneless, Skinless Chicken Thighs (trimmed & cut into 1-inch pieces) * 1 tsp salt * 1/2 tsp Black Pepper * 2-3 tbsp Olive Oil * 1 Medium Onion * 3 Bell Peppers (Green, Red, Yellow/Orange) Sauce: * 1/2 Cup Bourbon (for non-alcohol version: Apple Juice + 1 tsp Vanilla) * 1/3 Cup Low Sodium Soy Sauce * 1/2 Cup Packed Brown Sugar * 2 tbsp Honey * 2 tbsp Minced Garlic  * 1 tbsp Ketchup * 2 tsp Ginger * 2 tbsp Rice Vinegar Slurry: * 2 tbsp Cornstarch * 2 tbsp Cold Water Directions: 1. In a bowl, whisk together Bourbon, Soy Sauce, Brown Sugar, Honey, Ketchup, Minced Garlic, and Ginger. Place in a saucepan and set aside. 2. Heat the Blackstone to medium-high. Pat the chicken dry, toss with salt & pepper and 2 tbsp of Cornstarch to lightly coat (this helps with browning and helps the sauce to stick).  3. Spray a little oil on the griddle....

 Crockpot Garlic Parmesan Pork Chops Prep Time: 10 Minutes Cook Time: 3-4 hours/High or 6-7 hours/Low Total Time: 3-7 Hours & 10 minutes Servings: 5 Servings (2 pork chops each) Ingredients: * 10 Boneless Pork Chops * 1 pt Heavy Cream * 1/2 Cup Grated Parmesan Cheese * 2 Heaping tbsp Minced Garlic or 6 Garlic Cloves (minced) * 1.5 tsp Italian Seasoning *1 tsp Onion Powder * Salt & Pepper Directions: 1. Season the pork chops with Salt & Pepper on both sides. 2. In a bowl, whisk together the heavy cream, grated parmesan, minced garlic, italian seasoning, and onion powder. 3. Place the pork chops in the slow cooker. For each layer of pork chops, add the mixture on top, ensuring the pork chops are fully coated. 4. Place on the lid and cook on low for 6-7 hours or on low for 3-4 hours. 6. Serve with the creamy garlic parmesan sauce on top. Pairs great with mashed potatoes (sauce used for the gravy), or over pasta, rice, or vegetables.

Crockpot Marry Me Chicken   Prep Time: 10 Minutes Cooking Time: 4 Hours/High or 6 Hours/Low Total Time: 4-6 Hours & 10 Minutes Servings: 4 Servings Ingredients: * 4 Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts * 1 tbsp Olive Oil * 1 Packet Ranch Seasoning Mix * 2 Cups Heavy Cream * 1 8oz Jar Sundried Tomatoes (Julienne Cut or Chopped) * 1/2 Cup Grated Parmesan Cheese * 1 tsp Garlic Powder * 1 tsp Onion Powder * Salt & Pepper  Directions: 1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. When the skillet is hot, add chicken breasts. Season with salt and pepper, then sear for 1-3 minutes on each side until slightly browned. 2. Remove chicken breast from heat. Add the chicken breast to the bottom of a crockpot. 3. In a medium bowl, whisk together the heavy cream, ranch seasoning packet, garlic powder, onion powder, parmesan cheese, and sundried tomatoes. 4. Pour the mixture over the top of the chicken.
